Restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere in a chic setting in Lyon.
Chef Grégoire Baratier, who trained at some of the finest restaurants in France, has made his mark on Lyon's culinary scene, drawing inspiration from the great dishes of gastronomy to create his own personalized version. Using only fresh produce from clearly identified producers, the chef follows the seasons to create plates full of original flavors, like these Leeks in date vinaigrette, citrus fruit or this Sweetbread cooked meunière, mashed potatoes, young spring vegetables, morels, reduced veal juice... An astonishing parfait glacé with yellow wine, light porcini mousse and sugar crystals. The wine list is on the same track. The gourmet resistance continues at Jean Moulin.

Les plats étaient bons et joliment dressés. Le personnel agréable, souriant et avenant.

Nous avons mangé au Jean Moulin le week-end dernier et nous avons été enchanté!
J’ai pris les ris de veau en plat et c’était fabuleux. Probablement les meilleurs ris de veau que j’aie mangé. Je félicite le chef ????
Le dessert signature à base de cèpes et vin jaune est à tester absolument.
Le service était attentif et l’atmosphère très agréable. Je recommande très fortement!

Une super découverte ce soir : service irréprochable, les plats étaient délicieux et originaux (coup de cœur pour les ris de veau qui étaient vraiment excellents !) le vin était top, l’apéritif maison avec la verveine pareil !!
