UNE AFFAIRE DE GOÛT
In life, everything is a matter of taste. Tastes like colours that we don't discuss, but that we can share to invite gourmet people to spoil themselves around a good table. And this is perfectly what the chef Nicolas Dubain does in this restaurant at Rue de Sèze. Beautiful decoration blending exposed stones and more contemporary lines, a chic bistro atmosphere for a kitchen that takes challenges with a strong conviction. The chef, trained at major gourmet restaurants, took the challenge of working on fresh products from small producers to produce a refined and accessible cuisine. Tables with tablecloths perfectly set, beautiful crockery, impeccable service, everything is implemented for our well-being from the discovery of the seasonal menu. For who says fresh products says a seasonal menu for an entirely homemade cuisine. Even the bun of the burger is made on the spot, well done! Depending on the seasonal market, the chef revisits classics while retaining the spirit of the dish like this cod ceviche with lime. Coming up next, a veal rib steak, chanterelles juice or a sea-bass fillet, marinière-style razor clams. Brioche in French-toast style, vine-peach sorbet to end on a sweet note. A case to follow carefully.
