Restaurant ensuring change of scenery and pleasure in Lyon.

No cabane tchanquée in Lyon, but a cabane à huîtres, a veritable gourmet institution in the Saxe-Roosevelt district. A genuine restaurant taken over in February 2023 by Stéphane Hall, who has brought his Breton touch, his homeland, to this seafood restaurant where you can now enjoy dishes based on fresh, selected fish, as well as shrimps, langoustines and oysters according to the season. Terrace, air-conditioned dining room to enjoy the natural, iodized flavours of the seasons. Exceptional platters and made-to-measure compositions in this gourmet landmark. An explosion of freshness and flavor.

On s’est très bien amusé à la cabane à huîtres, Superbe soirée encore, Les huîtres sont délicieuses, merci à l’écailler de transformer son plateau de fruits de mer en œuvre d’art! Un vrai plaisir culinaire et visuel! l’ambiance chaleureuse, le personnel attentionnée, le patron breton est très accueillant. Nous reviendrons pour la St Valentin.

Quelle ambiance hier soir dans cette sympa cabane ! La fête était au rendez-vous...et quel beau plateau de fruits de mer...je recommande aussi la sole!excellente!troisième visite dans ce restaurant...on y reviendra avec plaisir pour la Saint Valentin..personnel dévoué et patron très attentionné avec les clients...

Rien a redire !!! Un accueil au top, gentillesse et bienveillance !
Plateau de fruits de mer excellent, moules marinières (recette du patron)! délicieuses, moules au roquefort au top ! On était 11 a table et les avis sont unanimes !!! 100% validé !
Allez y les yeux fermés !!!

I was kindly accommodated at 18h00 for an early dinner before my train at Part-Dieu. The service was excellent; very friendly. The moules Roquefort were excellent, as were the frites. The triumph was the mi-cuit au chocolat - posssibly the best I’ve ever had.
