Catastrophique, j'ai demandé un ombré hair blond je suis ressorti avec des mèches grises. Coiffeuse pas du tout à l'écoute de ses clients. Bref si vous tenez à vos cheveux je vous dé-conseil ce salon.

Suite aux conseils de quelques amis, je décide d'aller découvrir par moi-même ce que propose ce salon de coiffure. Après une première expérience très convaincante le mois dernier, je décide de réitérer l'aventure samedi dernier. A nouveau, je suis conquis. L'ambiance tout d'abord : dès l'entrée, l'accueil est chaleureux et tout le monde a le sourire (même les clients). Le personnel est à l'écoute de nos attentes et donne de supers conseils aussi. La qualité du travail : je suis FAN... j'aime à nouveau mes cheveux !!!
A chaque fois, je ressors avec une belle coupe et totalement détendu. Merci à toute l'équipe.
Le prochain rendez-vous est d'ailleurs déjà fixé pour dans 3 semaines.
Je recommande vivement ce salon.

Very disappointed. It is a lounge that practices very high prices. What would be understood if the service went to. As for professional expertise, nothing to say, they caps well, but no more than another hairdresser I want to say. On the other hand, you have APPOINTMENT a month in advance because your professional schedule does not give you more flexibility and one calls you the day before your GO (!) to tell you that your hairdresser will not be this day (the famous Valérie)! It offers then another day, the manager me, Mike, does not even excuse itself and speaks me almost mall!!!!!! However, two days after the capture of this new APPOINTMENT (and two days prior to the APPOINTMENT), I find a text message of Mike on my answering machine indicating me that Valérie can go on this day!!!! I dream! Still no excuse and a cold and unpleasant tone! Like that, I will be treated to Tchip, at least, I will pay much cheaper!!!!

Merci pour ce commentaire complet.
Je me souvient très bien de cet événement qui a du être déplaisant. En effet, vous avez été une victime d'un planning changeant puis d'une erreur d'ordinateur. Depuis, nous mettons en place plus d'un mois en avance le planning des employés et dès que nous pourrons nous le permettre, nous aimerions mettre en place les confirmations par SMS.
Veuillez m'excuser ainsi qu'au nom de toute l'équipe.
Je suis aussi désolé que vous n'ayez pas entendu les messages vous proposant plusieurs solutions pour remplacer ce rendez-vous.
Nous serons plus vigilant.
