On the cobblestones of Place Saint-Jean, facing the primatial church, a postcard setting on the terrace and in a dining room that's even more beautiful and welcoming after a few renovations that have taken nothing away from the authenticity of the place. Faithful to the best traditions of Lyon, the Auberge des Canuts - a tribute to the silk weavers who were the first to frequent the "bouchons" - and its cheerful team perpetuate the cuisine of the "mothers". Continuous service and long opening hours. Lyonnais specialties and dishes emblematic of the French tradition, using quality ingredients and fresh, preferably local, produce.
