If Gâteau Ecole has navigated a lot, traveling from Vieux Lyon where it was first moored to the Plateau de la Croix-Rousse–not far from the head office–, it is now firmly rooted in the landscape of Lyon gourmands which remain enthralled by the beauty of the cakes of Sébastien Bouillet.
