Lyon Tasting is the unmissable event of the new school year for lovers of good food and the best drinks worthy of Bacchus, from the Rhone Valley, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Bordeaux, as well as Champagne, Languedoc, Roussillon, Provence, and the Southwest. No less than 4,000 visitors are expected to taste the 300 or so great wines gathered at the Palais de la Bourse: all the excellence of the French terroir. This year's great novelty is that the exhibition is partnering with the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises and the Bouchons Lyonnais to present original food and wine pairings during these two days. On the programme: introductory workshops, master classes, gourmet gastronomic meetings led by chefs, all highlighted by musical and artistic performances.
