In the extension of Grande Côte, a street that leads us to a Cross-Roussian institution: Balthaz'Art. Everyone knows the name, but who has ever walked through the door of this authentic bistro in motion? In a setting that mixes genres, from retro style to fun wallpapers to more contemporary lines, chef Frédéric d'Ambrosio's Balthaz'Art never ceases to evolve with the rhythm of seasonal produce, while retaining certain classics such as the unmissable homemade beef tartare. We also love the weekly cocotte for two and the chocolate moelleux with salted butter. A wine list that leaves you wanting more!

Tout est parfait au Balthaz'Art. La cuisine du chef, avant tout, pleine de saveurs et très travaillée. Un délice même sur des produits que l on n aime pas trop d habitude. Le service est parfait également, disponible et souriant. Et le tout dans un cadre magnifique, avec le charme de la croix rousse, rehaussé par des couleurs et décorations contemporaines. Je recommande à 100%!

L'entrée, le plat et le dessert étaient délicieux et goûtus. On sent tout de suite que c'est une cuisine faite maison et que les produits sont de qualité. Le service était également impeccable... Ça peut sembler être un détail mais nous n'avons jamais manqué de pain et d'eau à table. Notre serveuse était sympathique et à notre écoute. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !
