Gourmets benefit from booking at Regain. Just a stone's throw from the quays of the Saône, Regain takes you on a voyage of discovery. A warm dining room and convivial tables, like the South that inspires this place run by a jovial team, with Thomas Rolland in the dining room and Lolita Chevreau serving wines discovered by Pierre-Armand Blanco. Last musketeer with chef Benjamin Sanchez. Mediterranean cuisine based on seasonal produce from local suppliers who also know how to travel: pork, sweet onions, bitter salads, sesame or squid, cauliflower, chilli, preserved lemon. A cauliflower that also goes well with hazelnut, coffee and caramel for dessert. Regain ardent.

The set dinner came with more food than we expected and each dish was executed with perfection with locally sourced ingredients.
Don’t be deceived by the looks of the food.
While they may not score high on the plating, it makes up way more for the flavour.
I find the menu very down to earth and relatable - not over the top kind of presentation.
