No need to be an initiate to enter this Cercle Rouge, open to all those curious about taste who want to be surprised by dishes and flavors not seen elsewhere. In this lively little street near the Opéra, a discreet restaurant run by a Lyonnais chef who had a successful international career before returning to his home town. In his luggage, he brought back exoticism and audacity, blending cultures in superb dishes composed of fresh, quality produce, such as this signature swordfish, or this garlic-grilled chicken served with a Lebanese garlic sauce and vegetable tabbouleh. Restaurant incroyable de par la qualité de sa cuisine et des saveurs qui y sont proposées. Un régal de l'entrée au dessert en passant par les cocktails. En plus de ça on est très bien accueilli par des serveurs aimable et aux petits soins pour une expérience adapté à notre envie. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Bien pensé à réserver si vous souhaitez y aller.
