Fast food and vegan restaurant in a quiet area in Lyon.
Fast food and veganism are two words that seem to be totally opposed and yet... Hank has succeeded in reconciling fast food with good food in a peaceful neighborhood in the heart of the city. Hank means "Have a nice Karma". Here, there is no animal matter in the burgers, but homemade with vegetables, a vegan and organic steak and tricks to give taste to the well-made sandwich. The quality is there and the promises kept. Milkshakes, vegan ice cream and good mood for an address in the air of time.

Ottima qualità, da ogni punto di vista. Abbiamo apprezzato come un miraggio nel deserto, la scelta dei burger (con possibilità di scegliere il patty beyond meat o verdure - consigliatissimo, altroché) e delle patate come side che da mera abituale comparsa di fine pasto diventano un comprimario di gioia per le papille gustative: davvero buone, portentose. Ottima la scelta etica di non usare la plastica o inutili packaging, con gettone per il fill di bevande, di conseguenza siamo tornati anche il giorno successivo (purtroppo non abitiamo qua sennò torneremmo ancora).
Les hamburgers végétariens sont corrects mais ne surpassent pas les versions végétariennes des concurents tels que Burger King.
Les frites (potatoes) ne sont pas très croustillantes. Celles de McDonald's sont meilleures (de mon point de vue).
Les sauces des hamburgers sont excellentes.
En résumé, les plats sont corrects, sans plus.
Quelque peu onéreux : 17,90 € pour un menu Montagnard (un hamburger et une petite portion de potatoes et une boisson). En comparaison un menu veggie Whopper King Size coûte 9,60 €.
