Culina Hortus has paved the way for 100% vegetarian gourmet cuisine. A contemporary decor, warm and soothing, to savor the cuisine imagined by executive chef Adrien Zedda and his entire team, who can be seen at work behind the stoves. Adorable service to present a menu composed entirely of vegetables, cereals, fruit, eggs and dairy products, with dishes whose flavors change with the seasons. The menu is made up of several harvests, with combinations that are like revelations. A benchmark.

Note de plus de 600e et lorsqu'on a demandé à se faire offrir des digestifs en fin de repas, le serveur a demandé à sa manager qui nous a simplement dit "non" à travers la salle.
Je n'ai jamais vu ça pour une note de cette somme sachant que toute la table a bien consommé, de plus de cette façon.
Un peu choquée de cette attitude. Cependant le repas était très bon.

One of worst experiences. After booking weeks in advance for 2 people, on the day 2 other guests showed up. The restaurant asked for a confirmation and 2 people were added. Once there, there was no table for 4, they did not read or reply to the email. No courtesy or solution from the restaurant. No dinner after all. This is a restaurant one cannot trust. Be aware.

Excellent, original, raffiné... une cuisine rare qu'on ne fera pas chez soi! Une très bonne carte des vins... s'y prendre bien à l'avance pour réserver !

First the place. Beautiful with great attention to detail with a lot of wood and natural materials, fitting it perfectly with the food . You are in a "earthy" place, ready to eat sophisticated dishes from nature earth.
The concept is based on a series of dishes, 7 at lunchtime, and 10 at supper time that you discover along the way. Every dish comes with a precise explanation from the waiter, whichever goes into the concept or the type of flavours that the chef was looking for.
Without going into everything dish, we tried explosive mushroom cream, jerusalem artichokes, panne smoke salted butter, and many more savours new to us. Somme are more exotic or tastier than others, but no lack of new experiences.
Also very accomodating with food restritions as I asked not to have any wine in my dishes and they just find good alternative solutions
It's definitely something to try, enjoy, or be challenge.
