If ever there was a conservatory of Lyonnais traditions, it's Au Petit Bouchon Chez Georges. It may not be the oldest bouchon, but it's undoubtedly one of the most faithful to the tradition and spirit of these places of happy feasting. Nicolas Framinet and Romain Camous perpetuate the tradition of good eating and drinking from early morning onwards, and every day they're open, they offer the chance to start the day with a chew. Superb wine list. Top-notch!

Superbe première expérience dans ce petit bouhon typique lyonnais. Nous sommes arrivés en avance (puisque pas de réservation possible) et il y avait déjà la queue. Heureusement nous avons trouvé une place dans cette petite pièce. L'étroitesse des tables et de la salle rend le contact avec les autres personnes évident et très agréable. De belles rencontres du coup. Tout est très bien décoré très typique, on se sent bien. La cuisine étant ouverte et très près, les odeurs sont vraiment agréable.
Le personnel est très sympathique, attentif, aimable. Le service va assez vite puisqu'il n'y a pas beacoup de couverts mais c'est tout de même très agréable.
Les prix sont assez élevés mais on a des produits de qualité et vraiment très très bons. La cuisine est vraiment généreuse, nous n'avons pas pu prendre de desserts tellement nos plats étaient consistants.
Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon et beaux moment.
