The history of Les Fédés goes back over 150 years! In the most authentic of settings - undoubtedly the oldest bouchon in Lyon - every meal is a page in Lyon's gourmet history. The excellent Jean-Luc Plasse and Bruno Boutareaud are at the helm of this institution, perpetuating the best local traditions with specialities such as andouillette with veal strawberry, quenelle of pike with langoustine sauce and tarte à la praline. A festive atmosphere after a few glasses of Morgon cuvée maison.

My wife and I had lunch here and had a great time. Our favorites were the Pork Cheek stew which was flavorful and really tender. The Chocolate Mousse was light with just the right amount of chocolate flavor. The ambiance was neat and we loved all the old decor they had. The service was great as well. Even though our french isn't the best, our waiter was very accommodating and kind.
