It is not common that Futé devotes a sidebar to an address. As much to say that L'Ulivaia is among the exceptional Futé addresses and that the journey to Lozanne will seem a formality when you discover all the treasures that are found there. Created by Sandra and her husband, L'Ulivaia is a true gourmet embassy of Abruzzo, one of the most gourmet regions of Italy. Two passionate -him is a true historian knowing his region better than nobody- who presents us in a beautiful design a selection of the best products of an exceptional terroir, iconic products of a region where the tradition is perpetuated by cultivating the land with respect. In their grocery named Ulivaia in tribute to their region (L'Ulivaio is an old term of the Abruzzo dialect denoting one who sells olives from village to village by his donkey) and to Gaia, the goddess of the Earth, all products deserve our attention and our selection is only an invitation to discover the extent of the presented wealths. Let's start with the hams that are as many wonders tasted anywhere else. Hams crus (Duca degli Abruzzi, the black pork of Val Liona, Culatello Maialese, Parma 24 months of refining, Zibello 40 months of refining raised with the Parmesan whey...), white hams also of exception and gluten-free, ham with truffles and a whole range of charcuterie to cut and to be enjoyed ab-so-lute-ly: Lonza, Spianata, Porchetta di Maiale, Mortadella Favola (gluten-free and without polyphosphates), Pancetta de Zibello lonzino, suino, Bresaola. Let's continue with another landmark product, pasta. But not just any pasta, as these are Makaira pasta, the best pasta in the world that are only found here in France! Pasta with unique taste, manufactured by Giacomo Santoleri, which is eaten without sauce, only with a little olive oil and a little Parmesan. Other products that can be found at L'Ulivaia with cheeses from the region with an amazing Pecorino di Farindola (one of the last cheeses to be made with pork rennet; natural enzyme) of Parmesan 40 months, scamorza, caciocavallo, burrata, ricuorella... Sauces, spices, fresh ingredients, vegetables with extra virgin olive oil (artichoke, zucchini, eggplant from Abruzzo), artisanal tomato purees 100% Abruzzo, olives of the first quality and a range of olive oil once again exclusively 100% Abruzzo (olive oil gold medalist in the world competitions through a variety of certified olive "best olive in the world"). Without forgetting the wines, also exceptional and awarded, with Cerano, Vicenne, Arboreo... No doubt, L'Ulivaia deserves a sidebar by the happy Futé who wants only one thing, to make you share his happiness to have discovered this address.

Vraiment excellent.La charcuterie et les fromages ,servis en entrée sont délicieux . Les pizzas également . Nous y reviendrons,il reste les pâtes à goûter .
