Passionate about a disappearing skill, that of the tripe maker, Sébastien Gaudray perpetuates the family tradition. With his wife Lætitia, he offers high quality meats that he chooses himself. Pieces for every day, tender and tasty, and exceptional pieces with matured meats, but also an exceptional fattened beef from Mézenc. Offal, andouillettes, calf's head, sweetbreads, kidneys... and catering dishes. Don't miss the flavoured brochettes with a secret cocktail recipe. A true craftsman of good taste.

Exceptionnel. Un artisan au top de son métier , viandes délicieuses et tous les plats traiteurs savoureux . Un service client de haut niveau. Ils nous ont soigné pour 2 repas de mariage , 40 et 20 personnes, tout était parfait . C’est notre cantine pour la vie maintenant ????.
