Being a winegrower in the Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie A.O.P. is a passion that has driven the Niero family for 4 generations. Rémi Niero takes care of the estate with passion. The vineyard is entirely hand-worked and certified High Environmental Value. Result: two of the best grands crus. Wonderful Condrieu wines: Chéry and Ravines. Special Cuvée Héritage, the quintessence of the Domaine's know-how. In Côte-Rôtie, Domaine Niero owns 2 hectares where Syrah is produced, a unique grape variety, offering intense aromas and a rare elegance.

Georges Vernay was one of the emblematic "figures" of the vineyard. Condrieu owes its fame to him. For many years, he defended his vines planted on steep slopes so that they would be recognized for their true value. His daughter, Christine, has taken over the business, which is now fully certified as an organic vineyard. The cuvée Les Chaillées de l'Enfer is made from 2 hectares of 40 year old vines. The flagship of the reds are the superb Côte-Rôtie wines, including "Maison Rouge", a harmonious wine with a beautiful finesse in the mouth.
