DOMAINE DE VOUJON
This area, created there, operates a vineyard of 14 ha. Its names are brouilly and brouilly Piss-Old. It produces about 20 000 bottles per year on an area of 13 ha on a sandy and clayey soil with a density density of 9 000 feet/ha at an altitude of 250 m. In this domain belonging to Georges Dubœuf, Eric and Françoise Brunet greets their visitors in a superb tasting cellar. The name of the "Piss-Old" place dates back to the time when the inhabitants were still talking ;; the new parish priest, fresh out of the seminary, tança Mariette, one of his flock, after claiming : «Don't sin anymore! " It understood "Do not pichez anymore", which meant : " No longer pissez "… Very tormented with the idea of having to apply this sentence, she became ill ; his companion, the Claudius, went to see the priest for explanation ; having obtained it, he rushed back at home crying at his Mariette : " Piss, old ! The cro has dé! " Mariette was very comfortable, but the peasants around him were very close to this address, so that the word remained to designate this place.
