It is no secret that the Auberge de Fond Rose lost its star in a red guide at the same time that it was sold to the Bocuse group. One has little relationship with the other, the restaurant being in "difficulty" before, but the Smart prefers to put "on standby" this address waiting to see the transformations announced. The chef's chef Gérard Vignat remains at the helm of the kitchens, a table that should look like a brewery, to the image of other cardinal points.

Dans la même veine que les autres brasseries de Monsieur Paul.
Un joli cadre en bord de Saône, bien arboré.
Que des jeunes pour le service mais bien aux petits soins.
Et pour le reste que du bon dans les assiettes et les verres.
La cuisine est bonne mais un peu en dessous de ce que l'on a connu.
Le service top
