Known for his snails, Jean-Paul Bresse has retired. But retirement doesn't mean the end of his activity, and he and Gisèle will be delighted to welcome you to La Ferme des Gourmands. As its name clearly indicates, this is a workshop where you can buy all the Gourmandises de la Gargotière products: sugar-free fruit purée, fruit coulis, sorbets and glazed sticks, not forgetting the famous "extra" jams prepared in short-cooking copper basins so as not to alter the flavours of the fruit.
