The Baret cheese dairy has been a family business for 70 years: created in La Talaudière by grandmother Marcelle, it is now her granddaughter Lætitia who runs the cheese dairy in Saint-Etienne. With its electric blue front, it is modernising, but you will still find a very wide choice of cheeses, more and more from local producers in short circuits. Privilege is given to tradition, the Protected Designation of Origin and the people who work in the respect of their trade. Cheese by the cut, personalized trays or butter, yoghurts and white cheeses, the creamery-cheese dairy is a passion! Two other shops in Firminy and Saint-Chamond.
