La Table des Lys is one of Saint-Étienne's finest restaurants. It welcomes you to a contemporary setting in the heart of nature, where you can enjoy traditional cuisine with a modern twist. The menu is original and luxurious: braised sea bass in a rosette, breaded king prawn tail, sweet potato gnocchi, fresh verbena infusion sauce; lamb chop stuffed with sweetbreads, crumbled mouse in cabbage chartreuse, cooking juices with yuzu emulsion...
