BIGALLET
In 1872, Félix Bigallet opened a factory in Lyon producing syrups and liqueurs for cafés and inns. In 1885, in order to expand, he moved to Virieu. The company prospered, notably with the famous "Bigallet", an exceptional lemonade. Bigallet is also renowned for its liqueur-making expertise: genépi du Vieux Garçon, with Savoy honey or extra dry, liqueur de sapin, de thym, de verveine, de sureau, liqueur du Dahu... A wide range of 100% organic syrups to sample, like all our products, in the store opposite the station.
