To drink well and «manger», France that you love is that of the land. A new Viennese address that brings us closer to our best land. Start with those near us, with products from Ardèche, Loire and Haute-Loire. Opened in September 2012, the Counter was born of the will (of a person whom the Viennese know well because it held the Tropical Café for 13 years) to promote these regional lands and local producers, these craftsmen of good taste as they like to cross them on the markets. On a plateau, on a barrel, on shelves, one gets carried away by the tempting smells of good goat and cow cheeses: Tommes of Chèvre, saint-agur of Haute-Loire, d of Ambert, Rigottes of Condrieu… Of course, the wines of these soils are also in the honor (they can be tasted on the spot with a nice cheese or cheese dish), but there are also beer beers. Beyond our borders, the Land is also those of Spain which offer us Serrano ham, patanegra (on order) or cheeses such as manchego. A new gourmet address recommended by Le Smart.
