Located at the top of the Vienna hills, just 2 minutes from the hospital and 10 minutes by car (or 5 minutes on foot via public transport) from the city center, we offer 4 furnished studios of around 25 m², available for rental for stays ranging from one night to three months.
Once a farm, this magnificent complex has been fully restored and modernized.
The studios are very bright, thanks to their bay windows with roller shutters.
You can also take advantage of our charming green terraces, shaded by awnings. They offer a pleasant, south-west-facing outdoor space for outdoor well-being.
