In an authentic 18th century Dauphiné house, the Relais du Çatey (pronounced "Satey") breathes calm at the edge of a deer park. Fresh as the vegetables picked in the morning, light and spontaneous as the scent of the seasons, the cuisine of Chef Dominique Ducrettet intrigues, surprises and enchants. The chef dares deliciously crazy marriages, seasonal unions, to end with famous home-made pastries.
