Le petit train de la Mure offers you the opportunity to experience a unique adventure in the heart of unspoilt nature. This century-old railroad line plunges you into the history of anthracite mining , hydroelectricity and tourism. You'll cross 5 communes, pass through 5 tunnels and admire 3 majestic viaducts, all pulled by authentic electric locomotives . Alongthe way, explore the Mine Image Museum, a treasure of the Matheysin region, enjoy a meal at Restaurant Le Panoramique, and take in a panoramic view from the Belvedere viewpoint. La visite au musée des mines est à ne pas rater mais la promenade en petit train n'avait rien d'intéressant. Trop de buissons.
Il y a une très mauvaise organisation des horaires. Les trains sont toujours en retard. Du coups nous avons raté notre visite au musée des mines.
Heureusement ils nous ont fait une visite privée du musée mais aux pas de course...
A cause des retards, nous avons passé près de 1h30 à attendre nos différents trains sous un soleil de plomb sans endroits pour nous mettre à l'ombre.
Petit train a éviter. Trop cher.
Je ne conseillerais que le musée des mines.
