A superb wood-clad house in the heart of the resort, Le Castillan has been run by the same family since its creation in 1955. Today, it's Julien and his wife who warmly welcome us to a luxury chalet hotel with direct access to the ski slopes. The restaurant pays homage to its founding grandfather, Jules, and serves excellent mountain specialities: traditional raclette, Savoyard fondue and tartiflette. The menu has plenty more surprises in store, with meats selected by Julien Castillan.
