A museum dedicated to understanding the history of the years 1939-1945, based on local facts and experiences.

Anchored in history, the Second World War, and in a territory, Isère, this museum - with free admission - highlights timeless values: the Resistance and Human Rights. Through an exceptional collection of objects, photographs, audiovisual documents and testimonies, enhanced by a modern museography, emotion and reflection are solicited. A place of remembrance, knowledge and exchange that youngsters from 8 years and up can make their own.

This is a very honorable museum. It honors the heroism of the resistance and remembers the disgrace of the deportation. I was lucky enough to see it with my grown son and to be able to talk about history with him. For me personally, five stars because it remembered the liberating army that my dad was in

Great exhibits with so much detail. I appreciated learning about the war from the perspectives of the local area and France in general.

Exceptionnel !! À faire absolument !!
