Ce matin j ai appelé par tel le service piano de Michel musique Grenoble pour un renseignement.
je voulais de l aide pour faire fonctionner des disquettes sur un piano
clavinova C305 acheté chez eux il y a environ 15 ans.Un charmant Monsieur m a répondu qu il ne pouvait m aider que les disquettes c'était obsolète ainsi que mon piano.
Avant de les déranger j avais ressorti les notices et recherché sur internet sans succès.
Bravo pour ce très bel accueil et ce service après vente qui lui pour le coup n est pas obsolète mais bien inefficace. je me suis sentie bien " obsolète" également, je ne recommanderai pas autour de moi ( Noël approchant) d acheter un instrument dans ce magasin qui crie haut et fort leurs 100 ans d existence...
