In this quiet, pedestrianized area of the historic city center, take a trip to Seoul to discover a gourmet concept: the Korean barbecue. It's an extremely convivial way of cooking, as it involves grilling exceptional meats in the middle of the table, like this cellar-aged French beef or this Japanese wagyu, absolutely remarkable for its marbling. Beef, chicken, including a dak-galbi with a spicy sauce, pork, in bibimbap for example, accompanied by a few vegetables and more or less spicy homemade sauces. Wine cellar and revisited cocktails. Meat with a difference.
