It's a warm and inviting place to savor generous, comforting and tasty cuisine, with specialties to face the coldest winters as well as the hottest summers. If the star of the show is salmon in all its forms, from tartare to papillotes, you won't want to miss the terrific bison poutine or a Texas burger. Canadian beers and a cheesecake are a must for this address, which we don't know if it will continue on the same path after the departure of its chef and owner.
