For lovers of local produce, La Laiterie du mont Aiguille is a must-visit destination. One of the last independent cheese dairies in the AURA region, and committed to organic farming, Laiterie du Mont Aiguille uses milk collected from farmers on the plateau to make cow, ewe and goat's milk cheeses. These are all "mountain" appellation products. In the store, all the flavours of cheeses made on site.

j'ai voulu manger du bon produit laitier mais quand je vois que 2l de lait coûte 4.30€ alors que j'ai presque un pack ailleurs je me dit que mon salaire ne pourrais suivre ce type d'alimentation donc pour moi cela reste un luxe que je ne peux pas me permettre... trop cher.
