L'Escale découverte des frères Rambert invites all visitors to discover the secret of Maison Rambert's raviole production through a 26-minute HD film. The venue features an ultra-comfortable 50-seat projection room, and a direct sales boutique featuring our raviole and marcelline products, as well as local products (St Marcellin cheese, sausage, walnut oil ....). A booklet of 13 of the most original recipes for your ravioles is available.
