Ravioles everyone knows. But what ravioles do you eat? The company Rambert, this small-scale company, has been on a veritable «land of Ravioles» for more than 49 years at the foot of Vercors, close to Saint-Marcellin (quick access from Grenoble by the A). Maison was awarded the title of Master Craftsman in 1987. Patrice and Gilles Rambert make tradition ravioles according to their grandmother's original recipe. Traditional Ravioles, to the fresh goat, to the blue of the Lans and the true Marcelline are eaten by aperitif or main dish. For culinary pleasures and the desire to discover the artisan processes of Maison House, the possibility of a discovery stopover. In this unique place, a 26-minute high-definition film gives you the life of the company and reveals the secrets of manufacturing. At the direct sales shop, the gourmands find the whole range of fresh products (ravioles and Marcellines), the frozen range (ravioles, Marcellines and gnocchis), but also local products (saint-Marcellin cheese, nut wine, sausages, etc.). Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Open in winter from Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Friday Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Closed on public holidays. Free entrance.

L'Escale découverte des frères Rambert invites all visitors to discover the secret of Maison Rambert's raviole production through a 26-minute HD film. The venue features an ultra-comfortable 50-seat projection room, and a direct sales boutique featuring our raviole and marcelline products, as well as local products (St Marcellin cheese, sausage, walnut oil ....). A booklet of 13 of the most original recipes for your ravioles is available.
