For over 35 years, using Grandma Rambert's traditional recipe, this family-run factory has been offering 100% Comté (traditional), fresh goat's cheese, Vercors blue cheese and genuine Marcelline ravioli, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif, starter or main course. Owner's Message
La Raviole du Dauphin, Noblesse et tradition,
is an original film to be viewed under ideal conditions. For almost a year, a film crew followed the life of this artisanal company of 10 people.
The result is a 26-minute high-definition film that tells the story of the Ravioles du Dauphin and the secrets behind their production. From the cellars in the Jura where the Comté cheese, an essential AOC ingredient, is aged, to the restaurants in the Vercors where it is delivered and tasted.
