Open Tuesday to Thursday, 8am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 7pm; Friday, 8am to 1pm and 2:30pm to 7pm; Saturday, 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm. Shipping throughout France.
Owner's Message
This master cheesemaker was able to pass on to his son the know-how and passion of the trade. Indeed, as soon as the products are purchased, the selection is made. Later, in the natural cellar, time will improve the cheeses until they are fully mature. They can then be sold in his 2 shops, in Annecy and Annecy-Le-Vieux.
Come and discover the raw milk cheeses found at the farmers' during the alpine pasture period... a stall of French and European cheeses selected with passion.
