By opening their patisserie-chocolate shop in Annecy, Charlotte and Olivier Pauriche are realizing their dream. Trained at top addresses, including La Tour d'Argent, the chef shares his passion for patisserie and chocolate with all gourmands, who stop by the terrace and boutique, where the production workshop is visible, to savor the superb and delicious in-house creations, each bearing a first name. A particular favorite is Monchoux, a small chou filled with Tahitian vanilla ganache, a marvel among many others, exquisite chocolates, or family entremets like Charles, the great chocolate. Small family business, she beautifully and tastefully designed the place, he does the scrumptious patisseries and their two lucky young kids are the tasters! ???? bravo for this super nice family team, I wish them all the success, they deserve it! Strongly recommend it.

Dommage que la présentation des gâteaux eux-mêmes ne soit pas aussi soignée que la décoration du magasin !
Je n'ai personnellement pas apprécié leurs créations sucrées, non abouties. Trop onéreuses.
Et surtout, la femme du chef qui, d'après moi, n'a pas sa place à l'accueil/vente.
Sachez Madame, que la critique négative permet aussi d'avancer.
