Trained at top addresses, including La Tour d'Argent, the chef shares his passion for patisserie and chocolate with all gourmands, who stop by the terrace and boutique, where the production workshop is visible, to savor the superb and delicious in-house creations, each bearing a first name. Opened in 2024, this patisserie-chocolaterie has quickly won the hearts of gourmets in Annecy. This family-run establishment, founded by Charlotte and Olivier Pauriche, welcomes you in a warm and refined setting, inviting you to enjoy good times with your partner, family or friends. When the weather's fine, take advantage of the lovely terrace. Here, chef Olivier Pauriche shares his passion for patisserie and chocolate. He offers individual pastries of exceptional freshness and flavor. Let yourself be tempted by the Saint-Honoré, with its caramelized puff pastry, light pastry cream and diplomat-style cream. The Monchoux, a small chou filled with Tahitian vanilla ganache, also deserves special attention. The house also offers family-style entremets, as well as tasty, fluffy cakes. Olivier Pauriche also offers a fine selection of artisan chocolates. His lollipops, pralines, ganaches, chocolate bars and tablettes are sure to delight sweet tooths. In addition to his tasty creations, Olivier Pauriche also offers personalized services for all occasions. j'ai acheté plusieurs créations en chocolats pour pâques (lapins, oeufs,...)
le chocolat est très bon; en revanche, il y a un certain manque de finition sur l'ensemble des créations; en effet, les jointures sont très grossières et mal soudées.
Dommage.
