By opening their patisserie-chocolate shop in Annecy, Charlotte and Olivier Pauriche are realizing their dream. Trained at top addresses, including La Tour d'Argent, the chef shares his passion for patisserie and chocolate with all gourmands, who stop by the terrace and boutique, where the production workshop is visible, to savor the superb and delicious in-house creations, each bearing a first name. A particular favorite is Monchoux, a small chou filled with Tahitian vanilla ganache, a marvel among many others, exquisite chocolates, or family entremets like Charles, the great chocolate. Nuggets to discover, sweetness and happiness in every season.

Un service fabuleux.
Un établissement grandiose avec des prix abordables.

j'ai acheté plusieurs créations en chocolats pour pâques (lapins, oeufs,...)
le chocolat est très bon; en revanche, il y a un certain manque de finition sur l'ensemble des créations; en effet, les jointures sont très grossières et mal soudées.
Dommage.

On a pris 2 gâteaux, café et excellent chocolat chaud et aussi des choux à la crème !!!!
On a passé agréable moment sur la terrasse.
La jeune dame qui nous a servie était super gentille.
