The house has cellars dating back to 1736. Today, Charlène, an oenologist, and Stéphan, the sixth generation of winegrowers, are the Domaine's partners. The Saint-Péray - 8 ha - and Côtes-du-Rhône vines are planted on clay-limestone soils, while the Cornas is planted on granite slopes. The total surface area of the estate is 13 ha. Charlène and Stéphan offer no less than six cuvées of Saint-Péray, including three still wines and four méthode champenoise. All cuvées are vinified and aged in vats. Legend even has it that the first bottle of Saint-Péray sparkling wine was vinified here in the mid-19th century. Here, we welcome you with patience and - above all - passion!
