SAUCISSONS DEBROAS

Since 1952, in Largentière, in the Cévennes region of Ardèche, Debroas, who was one of the most ardent defenders of the creation of the Ardèche PGI, has been making its sausages in the peasant butchery tradition, according to the original recipe cited in the Gazetin du comestible as early as the 18th century.
