A charming inn where you can dine on dishes and desserts prepared by promising young chef Julie Binotti
Here's a good address for a stopover in this little mountain paradise, in the heart of the Toulourenc valley, in unspoilt surroundings. Julie Binotti has been running the inn since 2022. The young chef (not yet 30) cooks creatively with local produce. The à la carte menu features seasonal dishes and desserts, as well as long-standing favorites that locals have been clamoring for: frogs' legs, sweetbreads and lamb mice, and seasonal pavlova and crumble for dessert. The terrace in front of the inn is a welcome addition in fine weather.
