Nestled at the foot of the north face of Mont Ventoux, bathed by the Toulourenc river, Savoillan and its 99 inhabitants live as if out of time. Its church was built at the end of the 19th century on the site of a small chapel. The interior was beautifully restored in 1990. It is dedicated to Saint-Agricol - bishop of Avignon in the 7th century . See also its beautiful wash-house, fed by the sources of the Ventoux. Finally, the Saint-Agricol farm, a former Ursuline convent (16th century), from where a botanical trail starts for more than 2 km through the woods. Bollards and interpretation desks will help you discover a very pleasant natural and forest environment.
