The Sablet winery, Le Gravillas, was founded in 1935. Located on the slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail, it brings together some sixty winegrowers passionate about their terroir, cultivating 306 ha in the Côtes-du-Rhône appellations, Sablet, Séguret and Plan de Dieu in Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages, and Rasteau and Gigondas in Crus. Their wines regularly win awards at competitions in Orange, Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris and Mâcon. Numerous wine tourism events are organized throughout the year, including summer evenings.
