Owned by the Lambert family since 1935, the estate covers 87 hectares and offers a variety of appellations, including IGP Vaucluse, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet and Gigondas. The Lambert family has been dedicated to winegrowing for four generations, and began converting the entire vineyard to organic farming in 2010. The domaine produces mainly red wines, made from the main grape varieties of the Rhône Valley: Grenache Noir for fruitiness and sweetness, Syrah for structure and delicacy, and Mourvèdre for depth and concentration. Domaine des Pasquiers also offers wine tours.

It is one of the oldest vineyards in the region, with a history dating back to the 19th century. The estate covers 50 hectares of vines on different terroirs, belonging to village appellations and crus such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Sablet, Séguret and Villedieu. The owners, Catherine and Christian Bonfils, both come from winegrowing families that have been in business for several generations, and their approach to winemaking is based on respect for the terroir. The estate's white wines are certified organic, while the reds are in the process of conversion. The estate also offers delivery services.

CAVE LE GRAVILLAS

Located on the Dentelles de Montmirail hillside, it brings together some sixty winegrowers who are passionate about their terroir and who work 306 ha in the Côtes-du-Rhône, Sablet Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages, Séguret Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages, Plan de Dieu Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages and Gigondas appellations. Their wines are regularly rewarded.at the competitions of Orange, Paris or Mâcon. In 2017, the winery joined forces with those of Ortas, the Rasteau winery, and Visan under the name of the Cercle des Vignerons du Rhône.
CHÂTEAU LA THEBAÏDE

The principle is simple: a musical evening, a food-truck offering one or more dishes according to the theme, and you can quench your thirst at the bar to discover the wines of the domain.
