Domaine des Pasquiers is a winery located in Sablet, in the town of 84110. Owned by the Lambert family since 1935, the estate covers 87 hectares and offers a variety of appellations, including IGP Vaucluse, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet and Gigondas. The Lambert family has been dedicated to winegrowing for four generations, and began converting the entire vineyard to organic farming in 2010. The domaine produces mainly red wines, made from the main grape varieties of the Rhône Valley: Grenache Noir for fruitiness and sweetness, Syrah for structure and delicacy, and Mourvèdre for depth and concentration. Domaine des Pasquiers also offers wine tours.
