Christian and his wife Gisèle are first and foremost farmers, sharing their land, their way of working and their passions: truffles and wine. Christian awaits you, decked out with two bags: one for the harvest and the other of cookies to reward the artist: the dog Oly. The two of them guide you through a truffle field and show you the art of cavage. At the end of the demonstration, we serve toast with truffle butter and olive oil, sprinkled with truffle bits, and a glass of friendship. A great moment of sharing.
