Sandrine in the dining room and Nicolas in the kitchen have been working in the avenue de la Rabasse (Provençal for "black truffle") for several years. Menu ardoise uniquement truffe. Répété à multiples reprises. : c’est bon nous avons compris . Peut-être n’avions nous pas le look pour être autorisés à dîner dans cet espace ?
Sommes partis comme nous sommes entrés : absolument « « pas fâchés » expression semble-t-il favorite du personnel.
Une certitude. : nous ne ferons pas une seconde tentative !
