Museum dedicated to the truffle, tools essential to the cavage are exposed there, excursions cavages proposed in period of harvest.

The Ventoux region is home to numerous "rabassières" or truffle fields, where the black diamond, the rabasse, is harvested. This museum is dedicated to it. Throughout the visit, you'll discover behind glass cases the tools you need to harvest the truffle, explanatory notes and a special area dedicated to scents, just as if you were there.

During the black truffle harvest, the museum offers cavage outings for groups of 10 or more, by reservation only. A technique that will hold no secrets for you.
