DOMAINE LA CABOTTE
The estate takes its name from the cabotte, a dry-stone shelter built to withstand the elements in summer and the rigors of winter. Domaine owner Marie-Pierre - daughter of a Burgundy winegrower - has opted for organic and biodynamic viticulture. The result is a blend of modernity and ancestral practices. Nature is respected, scrutinized and patiently shaped. The domaine boasts 3 terroirs: the Massif d'Uchaux, white and red Côtes-du-Rhône (Colline Blanc and Colline Rouge) and, since 2005, Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
