Frédéric and Lucile Delay are the third generation to run this 30-hectare estate. Vincent, the son, continues the family heritage. Hand-harvesting, traditional methods and respect for lunar cycles. We offer five red AOP Côtes-du-Ventoux wines: Secret de Vincent, Les Vignes Rousses, Vieilles vignes de 50 ans, Nobilis Terra and La Cuvée éphémère. The estate also produces two white and two rosé AOP Ventoux wines, as well as a Viognier IGP Méditerranée. The cellar is open all year round. A great place for wine tasting.
